I suspect that the majority of TechTraction’s readers come from technical backgrounds. Some readers might work in the computer industry while others have probably been tagged as the “computer wizard” amongst family and friends. Whether computer professional or computer hobbyist both routinely get cornered into helping people with computer problems. And while it’s always nice to help someone in need, that “warm fuzzy feeling” comes at a price: frustration.
