Friday Finds for 08/01/2008 - One Time Use Post-it Notes (on the web)
Ever wanted to send a note to someone that would self-destruct once it was read? You can do just that with Privnote.
This web-based service makes perfect sense and is very intuitive. Just pull up the site, write your note, and press the “post it” button. The service returns a custom URL you can send to someone via email, instant message, or other form of digital communication. Once the URL is viewed, it disappears.
I’m not certain whether this service will catch on, but I like the idea. Unfortunately, I just don’t know when I would use it.
